Welcome to my shop! I love creating beautiful handcrafted items for my children and hope that you find something for the bebé in your life!
Payment: I accept PayPal, and major credit cards. Your order will not be started until payment has cleared.
Production Time: Due to current order volume, my production time is running up to two weeks + ship time. For embroidery, add one additional week. All items are made-to-order, unless otherwise stated. If you need an item sooner, please e-mail me first ([email protected]) to see if I can accommodate your request.
Shipping: Please allow 2 business days for Ready-to-Ship items to be shipped. Please allow 2 weeks for made-to-order items to be shipped unless we have discussed different terms. I use USPS to ship all my items. If you would like insurance and/or delivery confirmation please contact me prior to purchasing. Please feel free to contact me if you would like it shipped express and I can give you an estimate.
Gifts: If your order is a gift and you would like it to be sent directly to the lucky bebé please leave the shipping information in a message along with the fabric choice(s). If you would like a gift message on Buffalo Bebé stationary please include that too. No additional charge. Gift certificates are available too!
Refunds and Exchanges: I aim to please, but if you are not fully satisfied with a purchase contact me! We may be able to arrange for an exchange; this will be done on a case by case basis as long as it's within 5 business days of receipt of order and in its original condition (not washed or used). All shipping will be at the expense of the buyer and is not refundable.
